Draft — pending legal review and may change before launch.
Blixcy is for consenting adults. These rules apply to creators and members alike. The first section is never negotiable.
Zero tolerance — removed immediately, account terminated, reported to authorities
- Anyone under 18 in any sexual or suggestive context, including drawn, edited or AI-generated depictions.
- Content shared without the consent of everyone shown, including leaked, hidden-camera or revenge material.
- Coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or anyone being filmed unable to consent (intoxicated, unconscious, forced).
- Sexual content involving animals, real violence, or non-consensual acts presented as real.
- Offering or seeking sexual services involving minors, or arranging illegal activity.
Not allowed
- Impersonation and deepfakes: using another person's identity or likeness, real or AI-generated, without their written consent.
- Harassment and hate: threats, stalking, targeted abuse, or attacks on people for who they are.
- Doxxing and privacy violations: sharing anyone's private details, or screenshots and recordings of paid content, messages or members.
- Scams and fraud: fake giveaways, phishing, chargeback abuse, or misleading people about what they are buying.
- Illegal goods and services: drugs, weapons, stolen data, or anything unlawful.
- Self-harm promotion and content that encourages dangerous acts.
- Spam and abuse of the platform: mass unsolicited messages, fake accounts, bots, scraping, and attempts to bypass paywalls, age checks or regional restrictions.
- Infringement: posting work you don't own or aren't licensed to post.
- Off-platform safety: pressuring people to share personal details or meet in person.
AI-generated content
AI-generated creator content must be labelled as such, must depict only fictional adults or people who have given written consent, and must not be built from material you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for the AI content you publish.
Members
Respect creators' boundaries. Do not demand content they have not offered, pressure them to meet, or redistribute what you have paid to view. Tipping and paid messages do not buy the right to harass.
What happens when rules are broken
- Content is removed or restricted; the creator is told which rule applies where we can.
- Repeated or serious breaches lead to feature limits, suspension, withheld payouts, or termination.
- Zero-tolerance breaches skip warnings and are reported where the law requires.
- You can appeal any decision on the Grievance officer page; a different reviewer looks at it.
