Consent & content policy

Draft — pending legal review and may change before launch.
Blixcy exists to let verified adult creators share consensual work with people who choose to be here. This page describes the safeguards behind that.
1. Creator verification
Every creator completes identity, age and liveness verification before their first post goes live. We record the fact and date of verification, not the ID document itself, beyond what our verification vendor requires to retain for compliance.
2. Consent records
Creators affirmatively declare, per upload, that everyone depicted is 18 or older and has consented to the content being published on this platform. That declaration is logged alongside the content, not just collected and discarded. Creators must also keep their own ID and consent records for everyone they feature (see the Creator agreement).
3. Visitor consent
Every visitor confirms they are 18+ and accepts our Terms of Service before entering the site. That confirmation is timestamped and logged with the policy version so it can be produced as evidence the gate was shown and accepted. Where a country requires stronger age assurance than a confirmation, or makes adult content unlawful, we do not show Adult-rated content there; General content stays available.
4. Zero tolerance
We prohibit, and remove immediately with account termination and a report to the relevant authorities where the law requires:
- any content involving or appearing to involve a person under 18, including drawn, edited or AI-generated depictions;
- intimate content shared without the consent of the people shown;
- coercion, trafficking, or exploitation;
- deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their written consent.
Reports in these categories go to priority review with a 24-hour target, not the standard queue. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the competent authority (for example NCMEC in the United States, and the police or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal in India).
5. Withdrawing consent
Anyone shown in content can withdraw consent at any time. Use the takedown form; we remove the content on a credible claim while we verify it. You do not need an account.
6. Records we keep
We keep the evidence of the above — verification outcome, consent declarations, reports and our actions on them — for as long as the law requires (and at least seven years for age and consent records), separate from public profile data, and produce it to authorities only on a valid legal request.
